Standard shipping is $5.99 for eligible standard-item orders under $99 and free for eligible standard-item orders of $99 or more. Select products may include free standard shipping regardless of order value. Bulky or oversized items have separate shipping charges; free standard shipping does not remove those charges. Split shipments may each have a shipping charge.

Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind or mistaken orders, items must be new, unused and include their original packaging and accessories. You pay return shipping for these returns. Yeaday pays return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.

Prepare the clean-water tank, choose the right tool, and extract loosened dirt and moisture into the separate dirty-water tank.

Add water no hotter than 104°F / 40°C. If cleaning solution is needed, use only a low-foam formula diluted according to its instructions.
Clean and extract
Use the suitable included tool to apply solution, work the area, and extract loosened moisture into the dirty-water tank.
Empty and reset
Stop when the dirty-water tank reaches its MAX line. Unplug the cleaner, empty and rinse the tank, then clean the tool used.
Check the surface care label and test in an inconspicuous area first. Do not use the cleaner on surfaces that should not be wet-cleaned.
