How much can the jar hold?

The appliance has a 1500 ml capacity. Keep the total volume between 500 and 1200 ml for hot recipes, or up to 1500 ml for cold or room-temperature drinks, following the fill lines inside the container.

Do nuts need to be soaked first?

The included almond and cashew recipes use raw nuts and do not include a soaking step. Follow the ingredient amounts and selected program in the recipe book.

How should I clean the nut milk maker?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning. Rinse the container, then use the Clean program with water filled to the Hot Beverage line; the cycle runs for about 7 minutes. Never immerse the main unit, and use caution around the removable blades.

Does it keep drinks warm automatically?

After the Soy Milk, Baby Food, Soups, and Porridge programs, the appliance can keep contents at 50–60°C for up to 2 hours if the container remains installed. Hot Nut Milk does not enter an automatic keep-warm phase. The separate Keep Warm program runs for up to 4 hours.

Which programs support delay start?

Delay start is available only for Soy Milk, Baby Food, Soups, and Porridge. Do not use perishable ingredients such as fresh milk, meat, or seafood with delay start.
