- For normal humidification, use purified water below 104°F (40°C). Do not add perfume, essential oils or other additives.
- Pour slowly through the top water inlet, keeping water out of the air-outlet grille.
- Turn off and unplug before physical cleaning, removing the upper body or replacing the filter.
- Clean the tank and filter weekly. Rinse the filter gently with clean water no warmer than 104°F (40°C).
- For scale in the internal water circuit, the manual recommends citric-acid cleaning every one to two months depending on water quality and use. Follow the cleaning product’s dosage instructions: run on High for ten minutes, switch off and leave for thirty minutes, empty and rinse, then add clean water and run on High for a further ten minutes. Follow the manual when preparing and handling the solution.
- Replace the specified standard filter at the manual’s recommended three-to-six-month interval. For filter yellowing, the troubleshooting section gives a monthly replacement recommendation. Actual replacement needs depend on use and condition; this is not a guaranteed service life.
- Before extended storage, empty the water, clean the parts and let them dry fully. Store in a cool, dry place.

How do I choose a humidifying mode?
With the unit on, briefly press the mode button to cycle through Auto, Sleep, Low, Medium and High. It starts in Auto mode when powered on.
How do I schedule a start or shutdown?
While the humidifier is running, briefly press the timer button to cycle through shutdown times. In standby, the same button selects a delayed start. The manual shows 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours and onward, followed by a cancel setting.
Why does the fan keep running after the low-water warning?
When low water is detected, the pump stops and the fan runs at its current speed for 45 minutes to dry the filter, then the unit enters standby. If you refill it during that period and it detects enough water, humidification resumes and the drying cycle ends.
How do I turn on child lock?
With the unit powered on, press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds to enter child-lock mode.
What water should I use, and where should I pour it?
